Description

Gunnar Birkerts designed Lincoln in 1967 as a building within a building. The layout is a square within a circle within a square. The multi-purpose room has hallways on either side, and the second story hallways have an overhead view of the space. The outer building is constructed of brick and concrete. It is located across the street from St. Peter’s Lutheran Church which was also designed by Birkerts.
