  • Enjoy a performance by a group of local women who play instruments and study music forms from around the world. The group's primary focus is Taiko, an ancient Japanese form of percussion using large drums. Rhythm Conspiracy is one of only two performing Taiko groups in Indiana. Following the performance group members will offer a drumming workshop on the basics of Taiko and hand drumming for those 12 and over.

  • After the Ethnic Expo Parade, follow Kwacker the Duck down to Mill Race Park for the 11th anual Kiwanis Incredible Duck Splash!

  • The event will include a bounce house, coupons for a Dilly Bar from the Downtown Dairy Queen, Walgreens health tests, Indy Admirals remote control boats, and photo opportunities with some of your favorite characters from Star Wars.

  • All "adopted" ducks will be turned loose into Round Lake to compete for over $12,000 in cash and prizes, some even dropped from a helicopter courtesy of Columbus Helicopter. One lucky duck will have 10 chances to win a new car or $50,000. Remote control “duckinator boats” will randomly select ducks to determine the winners.

  • The Don Miller Magic Show will begin at 1:00 pm, while the winners are being determined. Winners will be announced at approximately 2:00 pm.

  • Door Prize drawing will be held for Tony Stewart merchandise. Must be present to win Stewart merchandise.

  • Ducks are available for purchase from any local Kiwanis member, at Midwest Computer Solutions, and from any participating "Duck Buddy" youth organization listed on our website.

  • Participants carve Jack-o’-Lanterns and submit them to be judged. Judges select the most creative and scariest Jacks in each of three age categories. Additionally, participants compete for the Grand Prize by collecting votes ($1=1 vote).

  • Participants may also upload images of their Jacks onto the event website and collect votes online, which are added to their total.

  • Strolling Night presents fun opportunities for the entire family, including a costume contest, Monster Mutt Parade pet costume contest, kids games and activities, musical entertainment, food, and more.
